Stop sending credit loan messages

Letters

CAN Digicel stop sending these ‘162122’ credit loan messages to customers?
I have completed my loan a week ago but I have been receiving these messages every day since then.
Such tactics by Digicel is clearly manipulative.
Digicel already has its Credit on Loan options on its *675# service, why sending these messages again?
Can the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission look into this and explain if it is acceptable?

  • If you have a phone that can block/bar that no (162122) then bar/block it so it doesn’t cause you a lot of stress
