Struggling parents

Letters

IT is another year again for parents and guardians to struggle for finances to pay their children’s tuition fees.
In the last national elections, all candidates went around preaching to the poor people that, “one my aim is to sponsor children into schools, I will pay their fees when I get into power. Give me the mandate”.
I am now watching to see which Gulf MP will be the first to come out and say, “my people, here I am”. Gulf lacks human resources.
Young people are doing their best to enter into universities but can’t continue because of financial constraints.
Can the Gulf government make an attempt to assist these young people so when they graduate they return to the province?
