CAN the Eastern Highlands government set the scholarship for EHP tertiary students?
As a boy from Marawaka, I have seen student from other provinces getting help from their provincial government annually but we’re not getting any support.
We, Eastern Highlands, students have always been spectators while our colleagues and friends benefit from their provincial scholarship.
I hope our governor, who is young, energetic, vibrant and fresh can do that.
It is not late, he can set legacy for the foundation of EHP a scholarship.
The investment of the education towards students is not only to serve the development of an individual at workplace or home leisure but it also to serve an important part to play in helping young educated persons by contributing to the development of human resource in the province.
After all, education can cultivate human resource to help us manage our resource.
