Subsistence farmer needs money to publish book

A SUBSISTENCE farmer is looking for financial assistance to publish a book of short stories he has written.
“I love writing educational stories,” said Paul Minga who Minga was a freelance writer with The National newspaper in 2013.
He had poor computer skills, he said.
“Actually I was not a good writer but when I started writing articles, I gradually started developing my ability. Now I am a bit okay. I am not a trained journalist or writer but since I have the interest in writing, I persisted on.
“Writing is a tiring job and Papua New Guineans do not take up writing as a profession.”
Minga’s eight stories are Fishing on a wrong day, Scholarships from letters, Little Paradise-Binzmua, My first plane trip, Strange objects at school, Trip to Australia, Murder of four expatriates, and Second overseas trip to Sydney.
