Suburban roads need fixing

I want to bring to the attention of Port Moresby North West member the calls for his assistance in patching potholes within the suburbs in his electorate.
There is one year left before the national election in 2022 and there is no show of the leader.
Could the NCD governor step in and access funds from the North West electorate account to patch these potholes, commencing from Gerehu suburbs?
These potholes have been there for ages and it seems that they would not be fixed before the 2022 elections.

Voter
