Suggestion for joint venture

Letters

THE Government should get the Kumul Agriculture Ltd to form a joint venture with landowner companies to set up oil palm mills for every 10,000 hectares.
This is after the Turubu case came to light.
The structure and shareholding should be restructured and whatever state funds injected be converted to provincial and national government shareholding in the venture with respective landowners.
The East and West sepik plains should be left for Papua New Guineans to own and venture into the oil palm industry, if taking back PNG has to start somewhere in the foreign dominated industry.
