Sumkar MP must be fair to all

IN order to fully support the goals our government is undertaking at the district level, human resource is critical.
Sumkar MP Ken Fairweather must fulfil his promise of free education as it ensured him a second term in office.
Giving handouts to certain tertiary students on selective basis is unfair to the rest of Sumkar students.
The annual K10 million DSIP funds is a lot of money to develop human resource and I hope there would not be any shortfalls to provide financial support to Sumkar students in tertiary institutions around the country.
With copra and cocoa prices at an all-time low, such assistance would be a relief to our struggling parents.
I appeal to Fairweather to help them since it was one of his campaign platforms that put him back in Waigani.
