Support ICAC Bill

I ACKNOWLEDGE the Government for implementing the “Take Back PNG” slogan which was echoed over the last few years by the no-nonsense hardline Northern governor.
Of all fundamental policy and legislative changes made so far, the fundamental and important bill shelved is the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Bill.
If there is one thing this country achieved since independence, it would be the successful passage of the ICAC Bill.
This Government has just created a senseless, blind, deaf and dumb animal called ICAC whose only sense that is working 100 plus per cent is the powerful sniffing ability to target its prey at point blank accuracy.
Who handles and guides this blind dog is not the main issue, anybody can handle the senseless monster anytime.
The point is, a monster knows its prey and attacks at the right time.
Remember that the dog handler or guide does not have to be someone known by the blind monster (ICAC) but its powerful smelling sense will.
Other time, the handler could have his or her limps bitten off too, so to speak metaphorically.
So who is appointed to the ICAC should not be of any concern at this stage.
The issue is how long this monster (ICAC) can live and reincarnate at the end of its physical life to the other sphere to live forever.
So please my members of Parliament, help create ICAC come to existence by supporting it.
There are a lot of best world class handlers and caregivers in PNG waiting.
