Support teachers

WORLD Vision has called in head teachers for workshops funded by Unicef and gave the best treatment to accommodate teachers and refund all bus fares ranging (K30 – K50) which is very carrying.
The district has never shown enthusiasm in boosting teachers moral to schools in the very remote locations.
This resulting very low grade 8 results.
All the so call bosses need to walk the mountains and do critical assessments targeting change.
It is three years now, the schools need the education manager, the district administration is still asleep!
Consider the human resource of Nawaeb, they are straggling, infrastructure is not the answer.
