Taikopini villagers thank disaster team

ON behalf of the people of Taikopini village in Pangia, Southern Highlands, I would like to thank the Mendi disaster emergency team, especially Martin Pat and his boys, who went to last Wiru and address the situation at Taikopini village. 
And also special thanks to our local MP and Finance Minister Peter O’Neill and his staff for arranging this.
Year in year out the people of last Wiru have never come across such things.
It was first time for us to see the Mendi disaster team assisting the village people.
