Take better approach

IT is obvious that the National Capital District Governor Powes Parkop is running out of steam.
NCD is a small city yet Parkop cannot manage it effectively.
An example is the ban on spray cans and betel nut.
He chose to impose the ban on spray cans affecting many genuine citizens and businesses.
Most betel nut sellers reside in settlements.
These people are only a few.
Smarter approaches are demonstrated by our two chiefs – New Ireland Governor Sir Julius Chan and Enga Governor Grand Chief Sir Peter Ipatas.
Bottom line is our population has literate, semi-literate and total illiterate so the leaders should take a smart approach.
