Talent show goes to Goroka

SIX candidates secured golden tickets into the second audition over the weekend in Goroka, Eastern Highlands for a spot in the upcoming heats of Digicel Stars 3.
Seta Menu, Chris Samson, Armstrong Tukun, Joelyn Korong, Maxwell Onol and Stanley Spenzii Mark are the lucky six out of the 234 people who turned up at the Bird of Paradise Hotel to audition in the talent quest.
Quest head judge AKAY47 encouraged the contestants to continue practising and to be prepared for the heats to challenge the best from other centres.
“My advice to all aspiring singers is to never stop singing or working on what you want,” he said.
“Nothing comes easy; if you want something, you have to work hard for it and learn as much as you can while keeping an open mind to new ideas.”
