SERVICE delivery and landowner rights for the Motu Koitabuans are two major priorities for candidate Micky Tamarua.

Tamarua, who has 30 years of experience in the public service, said he was confident to help his people of Motu Koitabu LLG regain their pride and confidence to benefit from services that had not reached them like infrastructure, health, education and employment opportunities.

“Motu Koitabu people who by right are landowners of the Port Moresby city were far too long not recognised as legitimate landowners. They have missed out drastically with ineffective delivery of basic service,” Tamarua said during one of his campaigns rally in Kirakira village last week.

“The administration has been run by people with vested interest. There hasn’t been proper management in the running of the assembly.”
