TB medicine info needed

AS a layman, I to seek clarification from the medical board or the Minister for Health on the clinical results of the new Muti-Drug Resistant (MDR) medicine for the treatment of TB defaulters who have been diagnosed as being in the MDR stage.
Do we have clinical results and statistics including testimonials that those who have been placed on the MDR drug have recovered?
Is it possible that the dosage is too strong?
We need feedback from members of the public and health practitioners on this new TB MDR drug.
