Teacher wins PNG Air ticket in Stop&Shop competition

JOSEPH OA Aitsi, a motor mechanics teacher at Don Bosco Technical College, is the winner of Stop&Shop’s ‘Win a Trip Promotion’ run in conjunction with PNG Air.
Customers who spent K60 or more at any of the eight Stop&Shop outlets in Port Moresby were eligible to enter the competition.
There were also eight consolation prizes of K1000 each.
The promotion was to complement Stop&Shop’s Independence Day campaign of “We PNG, Buy PNG”.
Marketing manager Regina Narokobi said Stop&Shop’s focus was to support PNG farmers, PNG-made products and small to medium-sized enterprises. The winner will travel anywhere in Papua New Guinea as long as PNG Air flies there.
Aitsi said: “I will find time from my busy teaching schedule to take the trip with three of my friends.”
