WHY has the biggest Association in PNG gone at hiding again?

PNGTA has came out very loud recently for a short while and has gone for good again.

PNGTA is the only body that will fight for the voiceless majority.

It seems that PNGTA lacks the drive and esteem to voice out concerns for the silent majority who are real champions in nation building in terms of maneuvering human resource development.

We have the trust that things will work out the way as expected by it is the opposite.

The Government of the day is also taking a blind eye on the issues the teachers are encountering.

Teachers have been pushed with Policies after Policies by the policy makers and the Government.

Without complaining and much on the plate to take home, Teachers do the implementation.

What a disgrace!

Regardless of the Education Department being one of the biggest recipients in the 2014 annual budget of the Government, teachers are not properly compensated.

It all goes to infrastructure and tuition free fees for students’ education.

What about the teachers’?

This is where PNGTA and the Parliamentary Education Committees have failed to address.

The latest status of the extensive survey done by the Parliamentary Education Committees led by Wabag MP and EHP Governor are yet to be known.

Can this be made known to the plight of the Nation and the 50,000 plus teachers?

PNGTA lacks the drive to move the silent, loyal teachers’. It is time to do a change to all the National Executives and the Provincial Executives.

We are now into the third quarter of 2014, something is wrong.
