Teachers confused over teaching posts

TEACHERS in Western Highlands are now in total confusion where to teach this year.
Teaching Service Commission representatives were in the province especially to oversee postings for 2019.
It is not clear to teachers in the province because there are only 14 days before they resume duty.
Western Highlands is well-known for late postings which create problems for teachers’ relocation.
The provincial education board (PEB) has assured teachers that postings would be out by end of November, however, that hasn’t been done. Teachers well understood that this the way PEB normally handles their issues.
Postings for 2019 will be out by February.
I appeal to the PEB to fast-track the handling of postings as well as teachers’ annual leave fares.
Do things right and in a timely manner so that the teachers can at least be happy.
Nothing was changed. Other provinces’ teacher postings were out before they went for holiday.
Wake up and do something better and make us proud.
There is no motivation year-in year-out.
