Teachers in the dark

The newly introduced 1.6.6 Education System will affect elementary teachers throughout the country if it were to be fully implemented.
The elementary education system is still in its trial and error stage.
Why introduce something you do not know how to manage successfully?
Even elementary teachers don’t know what purpose this new system is all about.
And yet bosses in the elementary sector are using this system to suspend, get teachers off pay and even terminating or forcing teachers to resign. I hope authorities concern are aware of what has transpired.
Or they might be turning a blind eye to what is already happening.
I am optimistic the 1.6.6 system is not suitable for this country.
This system is not right to be introduced at a time whereby the education system is struggling to address teachers’ issues and other related matters of importance yet to fix. How can a child learn better if teachers are being targeted with the so-called 1.6.6 system?
I won’t be surprising if many elementary teachers start leaving the profession.
