Teachers’ payslips

I WANT to raise this concern regarding the online payslip that teachers serving in the remotest parts of the country get by visiting finance.gov.pg
Unfortunately this web page has been offline for the past two months.
To make things complicated, the officers in charge of payslips charge for a printout to cover internet data and other costs.
Could TSC tell us why finance.gov.pg is offline?
