Teachers penalised

THE Western Highlands provincial education board has made a decision which affected all innocent and hardworking teachers who served in the province with diligence.
They gave their best to the children of this province, and yet, they suffered in the hands of the PEB this year.
The PEB chairman said he had nothing to say regarding 50 faithful teacher walking the streets of Mt Hagen without a job.
Why should they be penalised for unknown reasons?
They were serving officers, they were not newly-graduated or released in from other provinces.
The teacher who are serving in Western Highlands are behind these 50 innocent teachers who are being penalised in such a disgraceful manner.
Please PEB members, wake up and put those teachers back in their position.
Leave the petty politics of Western Highlands behind, otherwise, this province is not going forward.
