Teams bracing for busy weekend

FIVE teams in the premier division of the Port Moresby Soccer Association will be playing two matches when it enters round 10 this weekend at Bisini Oval.
Competition leaders Etsu Mungkas and Yamaros will play a game each on Sunday while Momase, POMSOE, Cosmos, YMC and Guria will play two.
Momase under coach Rosen Matanga will face Bavaroko tomorrow and Babaka the following day.
After beating Momase 3-2, POMSOE will clash with Kokoda Warriors tomorrow but should have the going tough against YMC on Sunday.
Cosmos under the guidance of Joe Ealedona will be up against YMC tomorrow and meet Saints on Sunday.
Guria will meet Gordon Mates of Gordon Police Barracks tomorrow and clash with Muiah Brothers of Rigo on Sunday.
President Russel Tsuga said with the competition midway through teams were working on cementing their positions for the finals.
With the new PMSA executive in place, the major restructuring of the competition next season is imminent to ensure there is competitiveness in the premier and youth divisions.
Tsuga said top teams Mungkas, Yamaros, YMC, Kokoda Warriors must convince the executive committee to remain in the premier division.
