Telecommunication systems

MADANG, like other cities, is growing.
In the Midiba, Danip area there are three existing schools and one new high school is about to open in January 2020.
We have contacted the management of both Telikom and Digicel many times in Madang town and no one seem to care.
In many other countries, even in remote parts of Africa, there are better telecommunications, except here in PNG.
I wonder if any upper management would take this issue and expand their businesses away from the city area.
It is a great business opportunity for telecommunication companies to grow and compete for customers.
We have better roads and now electricity, but no good telecommunication systems.
I wonder if the new government administration would allow other foreign telecommunication companies to operate here if the local companies are inept to do their work.
Other option is to change the current ineffective management here in Madang.
