Telikom not living up to its own core values, ethics

 I AM prompted to write by the letter “Telikom, resolve workers’ pay issues” (The National, Feb 24). 

There are other issues like contract staff’s long service entitlements that Telikom  refuses  to  honour. 

Telikom is not living up to its core values of “We care for employees, we are a company of integrity, we will always deal with our employees, customers and stakeholders with honesty and the highest ethical standards”. 

Organisation and leadership integrity are at stake here, especially with its human resources.
