Tell us what you have done, Agiru

I REFER to the continuous outbursts in our dailies by SHP Governor Anderson Agiru over the political impasse.
He should keep quiet and take out advertorials in our dailies to tell Southern Highlanders what tangible benefits he has delivered.
There is hardly anything to see.
If you do not believe me, travel around the province and see for yourself.
If Agiru is unable to provide the leadership to develop SHP, how can he manage PNG now that he is the deputy leader of the Somare camp?
As a concerned Southern Highlander, I have lost count of the number of groundbreaking ceremonies and promises I have seen and read.
Enough is enough.
The fact is SHP has made very little progress in the following:
1.    Health services: Infant mortality rate is among the highest in the country. Most health facilities lack staff and medicines;
2.    Road infrastructure: The provincial road network has deteriorated. Pig tracks are in better condition than many of the roads;
3.    Public service machinery: Currently there is a total breakdown due to the frequent changes in the provincial administrator’s position;
4.    Education: On average, only five students out of 1,000 Grade 12 students managed to secure places in universities; and
5.    Provincial development: SHP has one of the best visions but there is nothing to see.
