TFF fees and project fees

AS a parent I am confused between the tuition fee free (TFF) and project fees charged upon enrollment of my child at one of the secondary schools in Western Highlands.
The fee charged was too much for low-income earners and parents with more than one child at schools.
Education Minister Nick Kuman has laid down the law on project fees.
On Jan 26 (page 7) of The National, the minister warned headmasters and principals not to charge any form of fees under any circumstances.
Enough of fooling us around by these so-called head masters and principals.
