Thank you Duma for electrification projects

Letters

MORE than 10,000 people from Ogulbeng to Ambra in Mt Hagen, Western Highlands, will be accessing electricity for the first time.
Thanks to Hagen MP William Duma’s rural electrification project.
There are about 40 of those projects in rural and urban Hagen.
The Yamka, Jika and the Elti tribe of Mt Hagen will be benefiting from these projects.
The 6km project will benefit coffee projects together with a primary school and three elementary schools.
Electricity has been the need for the people for decades. The people’s prayers are answered through these electrification projects.
PNG Power workers have already connected power lines and we are looking forward to the official opening. I take this time to thank our Duma for delivering these projects.
Students and parents will be able enjoy this service.
If you provide the needed services, people will voluntarily change their lives.
Tribal fighting and law and order issues can be a thing of the past if services are prioritised.
Thank you Duma.

Joseph Rut,
Former Ward Councillor,
