Thank you for soccer uniforms

MIN Rangers football club is taking part in the Vanimo Secondary School’s mini-soccer competition.
The club comprises of students from the remote Telefomin and Oksapmin areas of West Sepik.
The club entered the competition with only one set of uniform and was using it on a rotational basis by both male and female players.
Apparently, it was not right because sharing uniforms went against certain cultural norms.
Last Wednesday, the provincial education adviser Daniel Yaman surprised the club when he presented new sets of uniforms to the club.
News of the new uniforms quickly spread and club members were filled with excitement.
Many who couldn’t show their appreciation gave their best smiles when they came and saw the uniforms.
The uniforms would be distributed to the teams later.
Thank you Yaman for you kind gesture, you are a true leader.
