IN order for a country to develop, it needs people with qualifications and people who will provide development.
When people’s minds are developed, their attitudes will change and communities prosper.
Perhaps, developing human resource is more valuable in the realm of development and should be considered important.
I guess it is late to say this, but on behalf of Lufa students at the PNG University of Natural Resources and Environment, I acknowledge our MP Moriape Kavori for the tuition fee support.
