Time to end police brutality

 I AM already annoyed reading everyday police who are the law enforcers breaking laws which they were supposed to uphold. Even after the Prime Minister’s new year message advising police officers to perform I was surprised to see another two constables charged for sexual assault. Please have in place the new policy of “one strike and you are out” and have these stupid cops sent back to Bomana, not the college but jail. Even the lowly classified animals and creatures think and behave well and much better than most of them.
