Time to implement the death penalty

THE rate of crime, rape and murder has increased rapidly in recent years.
As such, I really support Morobe Governor Luther Wenge’s call to implement the death penalty.
Do we want to let criminal spoil our daily lives and look over our shoulders every time we go out?
No, definitely not.
Eliminating crime and criminals is our duty.
Some people commit a crime because they have no other option but to survive.
But you don’t rape and murder people to steal a packet of rice, do you?
I do not advocate the death penalty for everyone.
A person who steals to feed his family does not deserve the death penalty.
But a serial killer or rapist definitely deserves the death penalty.
These people are garbage and should be treated as such.
