Time to outlaw tribal fights, govt

I WANT to express my frustration over the continuous tribal fights in the highlands region, specifically in parts of Southern Highlands and Enga.
Important economic developments are taking place in these provinces.
Can’t the citizens there find something more fruitful and useful to do with their lives than engage in hacking each other to death and destroy properties?
As a highlands man, I am sick and tired of reading about tribal fights.
Can the government come up with some legislation to deal with this madness?
It is time to outlaw tribal fights.
