Time to repair battered image

 THE news about the police officers allegedly involved in smuggling alcohol into Hela has painted a bad image of the law-abiding officers in Southern Highlands. 

As a Southern Highlander, it is unbelievable to learn that police officers are being linked with  smuggling beer into Hela. 

The police minister and police commissioner must act and punish those who are found guilty. 

If all this is true, I am eager to hear from the Hela and SHP police commanders what they are going to do to stop such  activities by their officers.
