Time to split WNB into four districts

The National, Tuesday July 24th, 2012
since independence, West New Britain has three representatives in parliament.
It has a vast land mass and population and the people are not properly represented in parliament.
It is time the Electorate Boundary Commission review boundaries.
If the old government can declare Hela and Jiwaka as new provinces, I see no reason why the government cannot redraw our boundaries.
This is my suggestion: split Kandrian-Gloucester into two electorates and divide Talasea into two electorates.
I believe this will allow the MPs to bring basic services that the people need.
