Tongamp yet to fulfil election promise

 TERTIARY students in Madang are still waiting to hear from the office of 

Jiwaka Governor Dr Wil­liam Tongamp on the pro­gress of his commitment to assist students with their tuition fees.

Members of the Jiwaka Tertiary Students Asso­ciation, who are currently studying at different ter­tiary institutions nationwide, are worried that the delay could affect their status.

This is an urgent call to the governor’s office to pay up and bring some relief to the students.

It would be great if Tongamp’s office could settle our outstanding fees after this study break.

We understand that important people are assigned by the office to carry out this task.

We would appreciate if they can brief us on the progress.
