Too late Lupari

Letters

THE longest-serving chief secretary Isaac Lupari was too late to admit that he did nothing to resist the prevalent political cronyism in the public service during People’s National Congress-led government in making too many highly questionable appointments at the whim of few selfish individuals.
All those unforgivable corrupt practices will haunt them to their graves for doing a great disservice, adding fuel to the pains and sufferings endured by 80 percent off the population of this country.
