Too much sweet talk

Some of our leaders say things without knowing what they are talking about. From them it’s all sweet talk.
The sewerage system in Mt Hagen is a good example. The system has been there for decades and the problem has only occurred because the system has not been maintained properly.
Now they are saying the system will be rehabilitated and that is going to cost many more millions.
Let’s hope there will be a maintenance programme in place to ensure the system does not deteriorate quickly.
Some of our leaders in the province only know how to talk big to gain political influence.
