Top four settle for Pom cricket finals

TEAMS in the A grade and A reserve divisions of the Port Moresby Cricket competition will enter the semi-finals this weekend in a finals showdown at the Colts Ground and Amini Park.
Teams from the A grade divisions that have made it into the semi- finals are front runners and minor premiers SNS United, Chilli Sounds Raukele, BNG Poreporena and Badili Hardware STC.
Teams who have qualified in the A reserve division are Badili Hardware STC, Coasters, BNG Poreporena and PMMI Taora.
The semi-finals for A grade will be held on Saturday in the format of first vs fourth and second vs third while the A reserves will play on Sunday under the same format.
This means in the A grade game on Saturday, SNS United will take on Badili Hardware STC at the Amini Park while Chilli Sounds Raukele meet  BNG Poreporena at the Colts Ground.
In the A reserve game, Badili Hardware STC will take on PMMI Taora at the Amini Park while Coasters meet BNG Poreporena at the Colts Ground on Sunday.
The winners of these weekend’s matches will play in the grand finals scheduled for March 20 where the A grade grand final will be played at Amini Park and A reserves at Colts Ground.
