CORPORATE Touch Port Moresby are set to start their 2012 season with the pre-season on Feb 19.
In an email last week, Joe Bonot said teams intending to participate this year should take part in the pre-season so the match officials can slot them into appropriate pools and divisions.
The proper season is set to kick off on March 18. CTPM are the reigning champions in PNG after winning last year’s national championships.
Their success could be attributed to proper management of their competitions.
The CTPM has also seen a number of players representing PNG at the international events.
“This year, the executives have agreed to have five divisions for the season,” Bonot said.
The divisions are for the men, women, a senior, masters and juniors (Under 18) division.
The club and team registration fees are K1,500 and K2,000 respectively.
