Tough call on graffiti

The National Letters

I have been in Port Moresby for one week and already I’m seeing graffiti.
It is defacing the capital of PNG.
An advice to the defacer: If you’re a graffiti person, don’t you know that you are wasting your money on spray paints, and time and effort to go around exposing your stupidity.
Use your money, time and energy to do some good things. To the government and NCDC, please make a law quickly for police to shoot to kill any person seen painting graffiti.
Maybe after four or five deaths the graffiti will stop. And also, please enforce or resurrect the Vagrancy Act so that those doing nothing in the city can be forced to return to their village.
