Toyota dealers name new national managers

TOYOTA Tshusho (PNG) Ltd trading as Ela Motors has appointed Rob Mc­Keon as the national sales and marketing manager and Megan Taureka as national marketing manager for the PNG team.
Ela Motors CEO David Purcell said they were very pleased to have Mc­Keon  join the PNG team, whose new role would assist in planning and driving the sales and marketing strategic direction as well as strengthening their community focus.
Mckeon has extensive experience in sales and marketing and would assist Ela Motors in strengthening the strategic sales and marketing direction as well as increasing the level of focus on customer support while ensuring the company is well placed to take advantage of the significant market opportunity expected over the next five years.
On the appointment of Taureka, Purcell said this was also a momentous occasion for the company as Taureka, being a Papua New Guinean with extensive background in marketing, had significant understanding of the local and national issues.
Until her appointment, Taureka was the product  manager.
