Train new recruits

 A BIG recruitment programme for police personnel has been launched in Southern Highlands but who initiated it?
Is the national government behind it, the provincial government or the district local level government?
These recruits would be putting their lives at risk if they are not properly trained and they will be working in the worst area possible.
Many of the people are inclined to get involved in fights or criminal activities.
