The project was started three years ago by the centre’s former chairman.
Tasman said the contractor did renovations to the old classrooms, girl’s dormitory and two ablution block.
She said the school managed to achieve other projects such as tanks and the school truck to help the school.
“The school’s three years strategic plan is one of the requirements from the division of education and want to acknowledge the teachers for the development of the important plan book,” Tasman said.
Representing the office of the Kokopo MP, Albert Buanga congratulated the school for their achievements.
“Such plans set the pace and this set the way forward so the Government can help somehow in terms of construction and that plan is to guide us into the future,” Buanga said.
He encouraged the students to create their own opportunities and not to sit down with their papers but tap into small to medium enterprises.
