Training not started

IT has almost been four months now and police recruits at Bomana Police College have not started their training.
For the past three months I have seen them doing massive work parades around the college.
Are they here to undergo training and participate in the Apec since there’s still shortage of manpower?
Or are they recruited to clean around Bomana?
The information published in the newspaper that training will commence on June 4 was misleading.
What will the police commissioner do about this?
