Trukai gives rice to help medical ship

TRUKAI Industries Ltd has donated 600kg of rice to support the Ywam medical ship deliver health services to the rural areas of PNG.
The Ywam team received the 60 bags of rice at the Motukea wharf two weeks ago before going out on an outreach programme to Central.
Trukai also supports a number of social programmes including health, youth empowerment and education.
The Ywam ship has volunteer doctors, nurses and dentists, reaching out to far-flung areas of PNG to deliver medical services such as eye surgery, dental care, vaccination and general medicine.
