Tsak Secondary awaiting results

Is Tsak Valley Secondary only affiliated to Enga Teachers’ College (ETC)? It has been heard that students completed grade 12 just last year at a newly-established secondary school in Tsak Valley, Wapenamanda, Enga.
They are only awaiting Enga Teachers’ College 2018 new intake selection list.
We have gone through the list that has just recently come out from the Office of Higher Education Research Science and Technology.
None of the grade 12 students from Tsak Valley Secondary have been selected on merits to other tertiary institutions in Papua New Guinea.
It is not known whether or not some of the students applied for further studies at such institutions.
I think all the grade 12 students of this school have made their choice for teacher training at ETC only.
It has to be explained whether Tsak Valley Secondary School is only affiliated to ETC.
