Tsak Valley right to oppose law

I CONGRATULATE the Tsak Valley people who took part in the march to present their petition to the government concerning the current political crisis.
The tribes of Tsak Valley have ancestors from Tambul, Upper Mendi, Kandep, Kompiam, Baiyer and Yamuga, who fought for justice and stood for what they believe in.
Try as we may, we do not understand why the judicial law was hurriedly passed when it could have been first debated and constructive views from the public taken into conside­ration.
We condemn the law and attempts to defer the general election.
We reject those who could have done something about it but instead, stood by and watched in silence.
