Tuition fee dilemma

GOROKA Technical College is one of the many institution in the country that face the problem of late tuition-fee free funding (TFF).
It is very clear that the TFF fund is scheduled quarterly to meet the Papua New Guinea standard education system.
The students were told that the fees they paid would be reimbursed once the TFF funds had been received but the students needed to pay now for the second semester to keep the school going.
