Tuition fee funds mismanaged

IT is time now. We should say enough is enough.
Since the introduction of tuition fee free funds a few years back, the division concerned is badly mismanaged.
I wonder if the authorities who are right next door have seen what has transpired.
If the situation was not looked into, than it must be knowingly ignored.
The culture of supplying school materials no longer exist.
Regular in-services, inspectors’ school visits and other important activities are not done these days.
Where are the resources going to? Are we there to serve the people or ourselves?
There is nothing on the ground to show for with regard to allocated funds.
Whatever happened has happened.
Provincial administrators should direct investigations into the education divisions’ operations.
