Turning NRL bid into reality

IF we want to turn our NRL bid into a reality, then we have to spend money on projects that will help the game.
We need to focus on junior development camps and match officials.
There is no way we will ever field a PNG-based team in the NRL if we fail to do the following:
l    Develop all affiliated rugby league teams nationwide and equip them with basic training gear such as tackling bags and pads, balls, whistles, training cones and training manuals;
l    Develop and implement a junior rugby league programme and I am not referring to U15or U16 but U7 or U8. We need to start at his early age before they pick up any bad habits. By the time they play in U15 or U16 competitions, they would have been playing the game correctly. This is one of the ways our homegrown players can develop; and
l    Upgrade all main rugby league grounds and build stadiums with modern facilities that meet international level.
There are many more issues that we need to address but I believe these are the three important measures that we need to implement to turn our NRL bid dream into reality.
