Click TV has signed a partnership agreement with Miss Pacific Islands Pageant (MPIP) PNG to be the official broadcaster of the 2019 Miss Pacific Islands Pageant. The signing between MPIP and CLICK TV on Tuesday allows Click Pacific to broadcast the 2019 MPIP PNG to the rest of the Pacific region.
Speaking during the signing, Miss Pacific Islands Leoshina Kariha said she was grateful for the assistance by Click TV. She said MPIP PNG is a not-for-profit organisation run by women to help young girls find their purpose in life.
PNG will be the host for the 33 contestants for the Miss Pacific Islands Pageant in November.
She said this would give PNG the opportunity to showcase its exotic cultural beauty and diversity to the rest of the Pacific and the world.
Click TV general manager Radrodro Tabulevu said CTV was excited to partner with MPIP to provide live telecast to the region during the contest.
“There is a lot to showcase in PNG to the rest of the Pacific region and the world,” Tabulevu said.
Tabulevu said all the MPIP national and regional contestants will be given free internet access.
